Our roots: 78,000 hectares of forest and 75 years of experience.
KORA® Holzschutz is a brand of Kurt Obermeier GmbH, a medium-sized owner-managed company in its third generation.
Our home is in one of the most densely wooded regions in Germany, in the heart of the Rothaargebirge mountain range: in Bad Berleburg-Raumland in South Eastern Westphalia. We have been supplying trade and industry with professional wood preservatives from here since 1948 – and with our own KORA® brand products since 1988.
75 years of experience and an uncompromising demand for quality goes into every single one of our more than 60 wood preservative products. We are constantly striving to improve our products that have been tried and tested in industrial use to meet the high demands of professional users.
Traditionally, we place great value on personal advice. That's why you can only obtain KORA® wood preservative products from specialist retailers or directly from us. If you have any questions about our products, you can find the right contact here.
