White, opaque ventilation lacquer based on alkyd resin. Solvent-based. For use as primer, intermediate coating, and final coating on wood.

Protects wood against weather influences (rain, sun). Effectively reduces the bleeding of colored wood extractives.
Free of additives against wood destroying fungi and insects.

Application areas: hardwood and softwood for interior and exterior use that is to be painted opaque (e.g. roof soffits, windows, doors). Filling primer, intermediate, and final coat for dimensionally stable and limited dimensionally stable wood components indoors and outdoors. Koranol Ventilationslack (Ventilation Lacquer) is also suitable for the final coating of pre-primed metal parts and for the repainting of old, intact lacquer coatings.

Characteristics: high opacity, weather durable, moisture regulating, very good adhesion, good covering of edges, trouble-free handling, satin-finishing, virtually odorless, after drying odorless, good insulating properties regarding discoloring wood extractives, good flow.
