Korasit BV-Spezial (BV-Special) is approved by the Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik (German Institute for Construction Technology), Berlin, with the approval number Z-58.2-1475. Korasit BV-Spezial (BV-Special) is a liquid, ready for use wood preservative salt based on boron for the curative treatment of wood against insects (house longhorn beetle and common wood worm). Simultaneously, Korasit BV-Spezial (BV-Special) preventively protects wood against insects and fungal decay. Application procedures are bore hole injection, brushing, or spraying.
Korasit BV-Spezial (BV-Special) has the big advantage that it does not dry completely, even a few days after application using brushing or spraying. Subsequent moistening of the wood allows the product to penetrate deeply, thereby achieving the maximum effect.
