Korasit Borpaste GS 10 (Boron Paste GS 10) is a new wood preservative that was developed for the targeted use in areas of high hazard due to fungal decay.
Through injection or surface application of Korasit Borpaste GS 10 (Boron Paste GS 10) the wood preservative is deposited in the wood. An increase of the wood moisture content to 17-18% due to the penetration of water results in the diffusion of boron in the wood –clearly before fungal attack can occur. The high content of active ingredient in the paste deposit provides long-lasting protection for the wood.
Korasit Borpaste GS 10 (Boron Paste GS 10) is approved by the Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik (German Institute for Construction Technology), Berlin, with the approval number Z-58.1-1575.
